Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Services

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), our HHAs deliver skilled, compassionate care tailored to each client’s medical care plan, daily physical needs, and cultural preferences.
What a Home Health Aide Provides:
Personal Hygiene & Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, and safe mobility or transfer assistance.
Basic Clinical & Health Support: Routine monitoring of vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), simple non-sterile dressing changes, and assisting with physician-prescribed range-of-motion exercises.
Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage and stay on schedule with daily prescribed medications under Registered Nurse supervision.
Nutritional Support & Meal Prep: Preparing meals tailored to specific physician-recommended dietary plans and providing feeding assistance when needed.
Light Housekeeping & Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitized living space through light chores, laundry, and bed linen changes.
